The engagement

What brought this engagement together.

KitCheck is a live cloud-based platform that helps organizations maintain first-aid kits, run audits and reports, track stock and expiry reminders, order replacement items, and manage first-aid-kit compliance workflows more easily. The product serves teams responsible for keeping first-aid kits fully stocked, compliant, and easier to manage across vehicles, offices, facilities, worksites, and operational environments.

The challenge

What needed solving.

Maintaining first-aid kits can become a repetitive and compliance-sensitive workflow. Teams need to know what each kit contains, what needs replacing, what is expiring, which kits have been audited, and when stock needs to be reordered. Without a structured platform, this work can become manual, time-consuming, and difficult to scale across multiple kits, locations, vehicles, or departments.

The approach

How we approached it.

Zasya approached KitCheck as a long-term platform engagement. The focus was to support a cloud-based system that makes first-aid-kit maintenance easier for organizations by bringing audits, reports, stock tracking, reminders, replacement ordering, and subscription and payment workflows into a simple digital experience.

Capabilities

System highlights.

The parts that are not obvious from the build list — what the system does, rather than what was delivered.

What the system does differently

Expiry dates drive the reminder, so compliance does not rest on a calendar someone maintains

Each kit knows its own contents, which makes an audit a comparison rather than an inventory

Reordering starts from the item that expired, in one click

One platform spans kits across locations, vehicles and departments

A repetitive compliance workflow rendered as a readout rather than a spreadsheet

The outcome

What changed.

  • Created a cloud-based system for first-aid-kit management
  • Supported audit, reporting, stock, and reordering workflows
  • Improved visibility into kit maintenance and replacement needs
  • Supported expiry reminder and compliance workflows
  • Created a simpler experience for organizations managing multiple kits
  • Long-term platform improvement and maintenance support
