Built for ourselves first

Four products we builtbecause we needed them.

Each one started as an internal tool for a problem we hit ourselves. They run our own operations every day, which is the only product claim we can make without asking you to take our word for it.

We do not sell a product where a service fits better, or a service where the product already exists.

Why an agency ships products

Building our own tools is how we stay honest.

An agency that only builds for clients never lives with its own decisions. We do — every day, in production, with our own team as the first users to complain.

01

We are the first user to complain.

Every product here was built for a problem inside Zasya, so the first bug reports came from the people sitting next to the engineer.

02

It runs in production before it is offered.

Deskchime runs our performance workflows, FolioRipple runs our hiring, DialonCloud runs our follow-up. Nothing here is a demo.

03

The pattern outlives the product.

What we learn building a product goes straight into client work — and sometimes the right answer is the pattern, not the product.

The products

What each one is, and what it came out of.

DialonCloud — communication engineDialonCloud — communication engine

Communication & Lead Automation

Multi-channel outreach built on a deliverability-grade email engine: suppression, per-org and provider rate limits, warmup, and a reputation breaker that backs off on its own. No AI in the product.

Built because

our own follow-up needed one engine for calls, SMS and email instead of three disconnected tools.

FolioRipple — living career profilesFolioRipple — living career profiles

AI Resume Builder & Living Professional Profile Platform

Resume-first portfolios and case studies for professionals and agencies. Import a resume, get a living profile.

Built because

our own team profiles and job applications needed one living record, not a folder of PDFs.

Ecosystem fit

Each product sits on a layer of the same model.

The ecosystem model is how we read a business: experience, operations, data, growth. Our own products were built on those layers too — which is why they slot into client systems instead of sitting beside them.

Deskchime

Operations

The people layer of operations — the recurring internal process most teams run in documents.

DialonCloud

Growth

Outbound and follow-up, where deliverability decides whether the rest of the funnel gets a chance.

IamVector

Experience

The asset end of the experience layer — the small friction that slows every interface team down.

FolioRipple

Experience · Operations

A customer-facing surface with a real workflow behind it — which is why our own Team and Careers pages read from it.

Three ways in

Adopt it, connect it, or borrow the pattern.

Most engagements use one of these three. Which one is a scoping question, not a sales question.

01

Adopt the product as it is.

The fastest path when the tool already fits the way your team works. You use what we use.

Talk to us

02

Connect it to your systems.

We integrate the product into the stack around it — CRM, ERP, storefront, warehouse — so it stops being another island.

03

Borrow the pattern, build yours.

When the fit is wrong, we build the equivalent for your business using what the product already taught us.
