White-Label Lifecycle Email Production for Retention Agencies
Lifecycle email produced as the delivery layer behind other retention agencies — flows, campaigns and master template systems for a roster of DTC and wellness brands, built to each agency's design system and shipped under their name.
What the system does.
Multi-brand

Continuous

What brought this engagement together.
Retention agencies sell strategy and own the client relationship. What breaks is delivery. A freelancer disappears mid-month and takes the design system with them; an in-house designer costs more than the client margin allows; every new retainer turns into a hiring decision. The work is not hard to specify — it is hard to staff reliably, month after month, at a cost that leaves margin.
What needed solving.
Design was the bottleneck, not strategy. The plan was ready and the emails were not. Turnaround, rather than quality, was what put accounts at risk — a campaign that lands three days late has already missed the moment it was built for.
How we approached it.
We became the production layer rather than a second agency. Each engagement starts from the agency's own design system, not ours: their components, their files, their Klaviyo footer. A named designer holds the account so context is not rebuilt every month, and a single consolidated revision pass replaces an open thread that runs to the 30th. The unit of work is an agreed monthly volume of campaign and flow emails — designed, built, tested and scheduled inside the agency's own Klaviyo, against a shared board that shows every email in the month by status. Master template systems where a brand needed one built from scratch; account audits and flow rebuilds where one already existed.
What we built.
- Master email template systems built to each agency's design language
- Lifecycle flow designs — welcome, abandonment, post-purchase and winback
- Monthly campaign programmes across the brand roster
- Klaviyo account audits and flow rebuilds where an account already existed
- Segmentation and list hygiene alongside the design work
- A shared per-month board so the agency always knows what state each email is in

Bottlenecked on production, not strategy?
A named designer, an agreed monthly volume, built to your design system and shipped on your schedule. First month at half volume, so turnaround is proven before either side commits.
