Payments

Payment terms for services will be defined in the applicable proposal, invoice, statement of work, or written agreement.

• Invoices must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice
• Delayed payments may delay project timelines
• Zasya Solutions may pause work for unpaid invoices
• Taxes, bank fees, payment gateway charges, or transfer charges may be additional where applicable

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Zasya Solutions retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, templates, processes, know-how, and reusable components.
• Client-specific deliverables created and paid for under a written agreement may be assigned or licensed to the client according to that agreement.
• Website content, branding, text, graphics, code snippets, case-study layouts, designs, and resources on the Zasya Solutions website remain the property of Zasya Solutions or its licensors.
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit website content without written permission.

Any open-source components or third-party tools used in a project remain governed by their respective licenses.

Client materials and permissions

If you provide content, data, credentials, brand assets, images, documents, business information, or third-party access to us, you confirm that:

• You have the right to share such materials with us
